ConvoZen enters enterprise SaaS market with conversational AI platform

NoBroker has launched ConvoZen, a SaaS-based conversational AI platform that it expects to become a meaningful revenue contributor over the next two to three years. Developed initially to solve NoBroker’s own large-scale customer engagement challenges, the platform has since been commercialised and is now used by more than 15 enterprises across industries such as banking, travel, automotive, and healthcare.

According to Akhil Gupta, Co-founder and Chief Product & Technology Officer at NoBroker, ConvoZen is already being used by companies including Microsoft, Google, Cars24, TBO Tek, Tata AIG, Leap Scholar, Lendingkart, and Pristyn Care. The platform offers a comprehensive suite for managing customer interactions, supporting both voice and non-voice AI agents in multiple Indian languages such as Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. It also includes analytics, monitoring, coaching, and quality assurance capabilities for large customer-facing teams.

While ConvoZen is still in its early commercial phase and currently contributes a negligible share of NoBroker’s revenue, the company expects it to reach an annual recurring revenue of around $500,000 in the near term. NoBroker also reiterated its broader business outlook, projecting profitability within the next 12–18 months and outlining a diversified revenue mix across real estate, home services, and community management offerings.
