Property technology unicorn NoBroker has announced the launch of ConvoZen, an end-to-end conversational AI cloud platform built to monitor, analyze, and automate customer interactions at scale. While the platform is being formally unveiled now, ConvoZen has already been available as a SaaS offering for the past 18 months and has been tested extensively across internal NoBroker use cases as well as external enterprise deployments.
Designed for large customer-facing teams, ConvoZen supports both voice and non-voice interactions and offers capabilities spanning AI agents, conversation analytics, real-time monitoring, agent coaching, and quality assurance. According to Akhil Gupta, cofounder and CTO of NoBroker, the platform is currently being used by enterprises across BFSI, education, healthcare, automotive, real estate, travel, and e-commerce sectors. Clients include Cars24, LendingKart, LeapScholar, and Tata AIG, with reported benefits such as reduced operational costs, higher sales conversions, improved compliance, and better agent productivity.
The announcement also reflects the broader surge in enterprise AI investment. Google Cloud India’s Naren Kachroo highlighted that AI agents can reduce research costs by up to 84%, while Google Research India’s Manish Gupta pointed to massive global AI investments by Google, Microsoft, and Meta, underscoring the strategic importance of AI-driven platforms like ConvoZen.
