ConvoZen collects the information that You directly provide us through the following means: When You raise your queries/concerns by filling the ‘SCHEDULE A DEMO’ or contacting the sales team through calls or emails, we will collect your personal data such as your Name, Email Address and other personal data that you may have shared in the Message Text Box. We collect these data to provide you the demo of our product and engage you with our platform. We will retain Your registration information for as long as Your account is active or as needed to provide You Services. Should You wish to request that We no longer use Your registration information to provide You services, You may please write to Us making such requests.

Information We collect automatically:

We collect information about You and Your use of the Website, Your interactions with Us as well as information regarding devices used to access Our Website (such as mobile devices, tablets and other viewing devices). This information includes, but is not limited to:

Information we collect when Customers use the ConvoZen platform:

When customers use our platform, we receive call recordings for transcribing and reporting purposes. Call recordings will contain personal details of the end customer (Customer’s customer) and Agents. End customer’s personal information may vary with the nature of the call and line of business of the Customer (such as Insurance, Fin Tech, etc.). Personal information such as Name and the location of the agent will be captured in the call recordings.

Purpose of Data Collection:

As a data controller, ConvoZen uses Your (customers, prospective customers, and website visitors) personal data for the following purposes:
  • for conducting internal research on Our users' demographics, interests and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve Our users. In addition to this, We may also monitor traffic patterns and Website use, which enables Us to improve the service(s) We provide.

  • The information that We collect, either directly or indirectly, may be combined to help Us improve its overall accuracy and completeness and to help Us better mould Our interactions with You.

  • Understand and analyse how our users use our services and websites to improve our websites and service offerings.

  • As a Data Processor, ConvoZen is contractually bound to processes the call recordings containing end customer personal data and agents through the platform to generate insights and reports.
