ConvoZen has launched a new no-code platform that allows businesses to build and deploy AI-powered WhatsApp bots in under 10 minutes. Developed by NoBroker, the platform is designed to help companies create intelligent, agentic bots capable of handling both voice and chat conversations within WhatsApp. These bots can understand context, make decisions, and deliver real-time, multilingual support, enabling businesses to offer 24/7 customer assistance without complex technical setup.
Built on Meta’s voice and chat APIs, the platform lets businesses deploy AI agents that operate inside WhatsApp’s familiar interface while delivering human-like interactions. ConvoZen ’s unified approach combines voicebots and chatbots into a single experience, allowing customers to engage in their preferred language and communication format. The company says these AI agents can manage complex customer journeys with high accuracy and low latency, reducing the need for human agents to handle routine or repetitive queries.
NoBroker has already adopted the platform across its operations, managing more than 5,000 daily voice interactions over WhatsApp. According to the company, this has resulted in faster resolution times and a twofold increase in customer satisfaction, achieved without increasing headcount. Other businesses using the platform have reportedly seen a 44% rise in app engagement after integrating agentic bots into their workflows.
Akhil Gupta, Founder of ConvoZen and Co-founder and CPTO of NoBroker, noted that business communication is shifting from simple workflow-based chatbots to intelligent generative AI agents that operate consistently around the clock and free human teams to focus on more complex tasks. Meta also highlighted how WhatsApp’s voice APIs are enabling more immersive in-chat experiences.
