When a customer inquires about a delayed refund, the voice agent takes the initial contact. A supervisor then notices that the case involves a compliance rule, and a human reviewer must review it before any action can take place. If the three of these steps are not linked to the same memory of the conversation, the customer has to repeat themselves, the compliance flag is overlooked, or the case ends up in a queue that no one is responsible for. It is this issue with the handover, rather than the intelligence of any single agent, that causes the majority of multi-agent deployments to fail when operated at an enterprise level.


What Orchestration Actually Solves

Most companies never begin by deciding to build a multi-agent system; instead, a support team wants faster triage and a sales team wants improved call quality, after which, within a few quarters, there are many AI agents operating in production without any shared memory among them. Built On Purpose-Trained Speech Models

The Conversational and Copilot features of Convozen are based on Akshara, a speech-to-text model that has been trained on more than 50,000 hours of real telephonic audio and further refined using over 4,000 hours of hand-annotated data; this model was developed specifically to perform well in noisy, cross-talking calls in contact centres where models trained in a studio environment fail.
