While the platform is being formally unveiled now, ConvoZen has already been available as a SaaS offering for the past 18 months and has been tested extensively across internal NoBroker use cases as well as external enterprise deployments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designed for large customer-facing teams, ConvoZen supports both voice and non-voice interactions and offers capabilities spanning AI agents, conversation analytics, real-time monitoring, agent coaching, and quality assurance. According to Akhil Gupta, cofounder and CTO of NoBroker, the platform is currently being used by enterprises across BFSI, education, healthcare, automotive, real estate, travel, and e-commerce sectors. Clients include Cars24, LendingKart, LeapScholar, and Tata AIG, with reported benefits such as reduced operational costs, higher sales conversions, improved compliance, and better agent productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The announcement also reflects the broader surge in enterprise AI investment.
